In order to meet our customers’ expectations and ensure a satisfactory and efficient exchange of information, our firm will collect accounting documents from our customers. Running a business is extremely absorbing and business owners often find it hard to deliver documents to their accounting firm during its office hours. The solution to this problem is for the documents to be collected by a courier from the customer, not necessarily from the offices of their business, but from any location specified by the customer (e.g. a location where the customer performs specific work).

Running a business is extremely absorbing and finding additional time to deliver documents to your accounting firm can often be difficult.

In order to meet our customers’ expectations and ensure a satisfactory and efficient exchange of information, our firm proposes several methods of delivering the required documentation.

  • we offer access to invoicing software, free of charge – the Customer doesn’t have to deliver any sales documents, employees of the Firm will download the required data themselves and add printouts of invoices to the Customer’s file.
  • the Customer may scan their cost documents (and sales documents, if the Customer uses their own invoicing software) and send them to the Firm’s email address, the Firm will then upload them to the Customer’s dashboard which the Customer can access around the clock from any location around the world, and which can be used to search through the document, not only by business partners or date, but also by a specific name of a purchased product or service.
  • the Customer can upload cost documents directly to the Customer’s dashboard, both by uploading a scanned version of the document or by taking a picture of the document and sending it to the Customer’s dedicated email address (any smartphone can be used to do this).
  • if none of the above methods is satisfactory for the Customer, the Firm can hire a courier service to pick the documents up (including from a location other than the Customer’s offices). We work with urban courier services and all major courier companies.
  • the Customer may of course also deliver documents to our offices at its own discretion, including outside of the Firm’s business hours.
